Terms of Service: By using Lixie Pet, you agree to follow our policies and provide accurate information when placing orders.

Privacy: Your personal information is safe with us and used only to process orders and improve our services.

Shipping: Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 days. You’ll receive a tracking number once shipped.

Returns & Refunds: Returns accepted within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection.
